The distinctively designed Envoy Condominium was built in 1984. The Envoy is a part of the Lands of the President residential community, which was planned in the 1970s and comprises approximately 1,000 residences.
In addition to the main canopied entrance, The Envoy has separate entrances at 2450 Presidential Way and 2480 Presidential Way, shared in one building and all of its amenities. Each side of the Envoy has two elevators, and four units per floor. The lobby was designed by a renowned Palm Beach interior designer.
The Envoy is a 19-story building and has 148 spacious two- and three-bedroom units. Over the years, the building has aged gracefully. Over time there have been upgrades, replacements, redecorations and repairs, and more to come. Fortunately, our current and previous boards of directors have fortified our Reserve Fund in anticipation of these future needs.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments come in three different floor plans and range from 2,250 to 2,584 interior sq. ft. Each three-bedroom unit has several balconies. Envoy’s two-bedroom, two-bathroom units have 1,855 interior sq. ft., plus a balcony.
The Envoy has a 24-hour doorman, security cameras and secured entrance doors, and also an on-site manager, building maintenance and cleaning staff.
